Terms And conditions

• Handling time on most products are 2-4 days and generally arrive into our Melbourne warehouse within that time frame  and we will dispatch it once it is received
• Custom made products generally take 2-3 weeks to arrive into our warehouse and you will be advised of ETA on these items
• No responsibility accepted for breakage in transit for Vic rural or Interstate deliveries – we  will inspect products and ensure packaging is more than adequate prior to dispatch
• Free Deliveries for Melbourne Metro  Area only for all items  for above $450 orders (conditions apply)
• Free Deliveries on small items Nationally over $450
• Victorian Rural and Interstate deliveries  to Local Depot only for bulky items- Vanity, Bathtub, Shower Screens, & other large & bulky items weight more than 40 kg
