- Handling time on most products are 2-4 days and generally arrive into our Melbourne warehouse within that time frame and we will dispatch it once it is received
- Lead Time on Custom made products are 2-4 weeks to arrive into our warehouse and you will be advised of ETA on these items
- No responsibility accepted for breakage in transit for Vic rural or Interstate deliveries – we will inspect products and ensure packaging is more than adequate prior to dispatch
- Free Deliveries for Melbourne Metro Area only for all items for above $450 orders (conditions apply)
- Free Deliveries on Tapware,Basins,Sinks & Accessories Australia Wide over $450
- Victorian Rural and Interstate deliveries to Local Depot only for other items- Vanity, Bathtub, Shower Screens, other large & bulky items weight more than 30 kg
